Pimple vs. Genital Wart

I was cleaning my genital area with soap when I noticed a little pain on my right ‘lip’. I got a mirror and noticed a ‘pimple’ like bump. I shaved around the area to get a better look and check for others but there is only the 1. 

I was recently checked for STDs and had a cervical screening, however everything came back fine.

I have something similar to that, have you tried to pop it?

Yeah I did. It just bled, which is common for most my pimples (I have acne on my face/shoulders/back) until it gets a 'head' on it. It seems to be smaller today though. Maybe I panicked for nothing? I'll continue to monitor it.
