Recently i developed these bumps on penile shaft and am nervous about what they could be. I have an upcoming doctors appointment but want to know what they could be in advance .
theres a number of things they could be did they appear after sex ?? how long have they been there ?? any itching soreness or liquid coming from them ??
They have been there for two weeks. There is no liquid coming from them and are not overly itchy. I have had sex recently. Primary concern is that they are warts or herpes.
they dont look like herpes ...they may be warts they usually appear skin coloured or white
Is there another possible reason besides warts??
is it possible to get a clearer photo of one of them
its hard to get a clear picture because they are more visible when skin is pulled
there are a few things it could be some benign skin conditions can look like that also theres molluscum that can cause white skin type spots firm and shaped like a dome with a dent or dimple in the middle and also warts which can be skin coloured rough or bumpy or smooth firm bumps
i think its benign fordyce spots they can become more prominent or become damaged as u age hence why when the skin is pulled they become more visable

i have same problems too, i have blood test done on Hepatitis, HSV 1 and 2. HIV, VDRL TPHA. all negative
thinking of it as fungal infection, any advise?

Looks like lichen sclerosus or psoriasis to me. When this gets solved will you guys please update....
