Ich habe den Bericht von der Gesundheitsfachkraft nach meiner PIP-Bewertung erhalten und sie hat alle Kästchen bei den Beschreibungen angekreuzt, bei denen ich dachte, dass ich Punkte bekommen sollte. Es sieht so aus, als hätte ich 14 Punkte für die Pflege und 12 für die Mobilität. Heißt das, dass ich PIP zugesprochen bekomme oder kann der Entscheidungsbevollmächtigte dagegen entscheiden und nichts zuerkennen? Falls jemand Bescheid weiß, kann er/sie mir bitte Bescheid sagen, da es sehr lange dauert, bis das DWP eine Entscheidung trifft.
Hi nicolette, I may not be the best person to answer your question, as my assessment is being held next week. Did you ask for a copy of the assessment, only I'm interested to hear how you know which boxes she ticked. Before I comment further would you please be able to say if you have been given the award yet.
Hopefully the DWP will go with the assessor and award you the appropriate award - good luck! You have more guts than me - I had a f2f assessment with atos on 23rd June and I am awaiting my result. I dare not ask to see my atos assessment report incase I am disappointed! I hate the waiting game and hope it doesn't last long!

Ja, ich habe das DWP angerufen und um eine Kopie gebeten, da ich dachte, dass sie mir einen Hinweis auf das Ergebnis der Entscheidung geben würde. Hoffentlich war es so, dann begann ich mir Sorgen zu machen, dass es vom DM ignoriert werden könnte.
Ich hoffe, sie entscheiden sich für das, was der hp gesagt hat. Ich hoffe auch, dass niemand einen guten Bericht mit allen richtigen Beschreibungsfeldern erhalten und trotzdem nicht die Auszeichnung bekommen hat.
Ich wollte nur wissen, was sie über mich gesagt hat, weil ich gehört habe, dass Leute im Bericht lügen, aber es war ein gutes Bericht für mich, solange der Entscheider es nicht ignoriert.
Nein, ich habe den Preis nicht erhalten, sondern nur den Bewertungsbericht vom Gesundheitsdienstleister, als ich meine Bewertung hatte. Es ist ein Formular, das sie ausfüllen, auf dem die Beschreibungen stehen und sie haken ab, welche Box sie für zutreffend halten.
Beispiel: Kann stehen und gehen mehr als 1 Meter, aber nicht mehr als 20
To be honest, I had no idea that you could actually ask for a copy of the assessment report before a decision had been made, I thought that happened if you didn't agree with what was awarded and wanted to ask for a reconsideration or whatever it's called.

me too - I always thought you could only ask for a copy once a decision had been made? I don't know whether to call to ask for a copy of my assessment or not?

ja, wenn du noch deinen Terminbestätigungsbrief hast, steht es am Ende einer Seite;
dass du es anfordern kannst und gibt die Nummer an, wenn nicht, ruf einfach die PIP-Hotline an.
Es dauert etwas mehr als 2 Wochen, um es zu erhalten, wie ich sage, hat der HP mir einen guten Bericht gegeben und bestätigt mehr oder weniger, was ich in meinem Formular zu meinen Schwierigkeiten angegeben habe, aber ich mache mir Sorgen, dass der DM dagegen sein wird.

Just called the number and requested my medical assessment report. They said it should be with me wihin 10 days. I think it is a good idea to have a copy especially if you are not happy with your award. Thank you again for the info. I wouldn't have called if I hadn't read your post.
Ja, zumindest wüsstest du, dass sie nicht gelogen haben, und wenn es falsch wäre, würde es dir helfen, dich auf die Berufung vorzubereiten, falls das Schlimmste passiert. So habe ich es jedenfalls gesehen.
when did you have your assessment/medical? I had mine on 23rd June and received a letter yesterday from the dwp saying they had all the info they need to make a decision and will be in touch soon. So I had my assessment 3 weeks ago today. The nurse who assessed me said it would take aprox 6 weeks until I hear. Hope it is sooner though!

Meine war am 14. Juni, also vor einem Monat, aber es kommt mir länger vor. Ich habe sie am Montag angerufen, um zu fragen, ob es Neuigkeiten gibt, aber sie haben noch keine Entscheidung getroffen. Es ist das Warten, das mich runterzieht, es ist schrecklich, wie du selbst weißt, bin ich sicher.
Hopefully not much longer for you to wait! It is awful isn't it! When I received a brown envelope yesterday from the DWP my heart was racing as I opened it. When I started to pull the letter out I saw the words 'PIP' and thought it must be my award - but no - just a letter to say they had everything they needed to assess my claim and would let me know as soon as a decision has been made! I'm sure they do this deliberately just to make the whole process a nightmare so we are less likely to appeal or reapply in future!

Ich bin mir sicher, dass sie es tun, der ganze Prozess ist von Anfang an schrecklich, bis er irgendwann endet. Ich bekomme Angstzustände und es hat nicht geholfen, es hat mich schlimmer gemacht. Es ist immer in meinem Kopf und es ist die Ungewissheit. Ich kann damit nicht umgehen und ich weiß, dass es nicht so lange gedauert hat wie bei einigen anderen, die warten mussten.
Yes, I must admit, I haven't had to wait too long. I sent back my PIP forms on 16th May and they were received on 17th May. Less than two weeks later I was given an appointment for a F2F with ATOS at my local assessment centre on 23rd June (the day we voted Brexit of all days!). And now I have been told they have everything to make their decision. I have heard people waiting up to 7 months just for a F2F so yes we are lucky! I suffer from anxiety too - you should have seen me on the day of my medical - after not sleeping for days beforehand due to worry, I had bags under my eyes, blood shot eyes and I looked like I hadn't slept for days - but at least that would have went in my favour though lol!
