i am 37 weeks pregnant and i found out that i had hsv2 in the very begining of pregnancy but that its old. Does this look like a lesion? I am about to give up. Should i get a c section? im devistated.
Hi Jessica, I’m really not sure this is a herpes sore. It can be an ingrown too. Since your pregnant, you should really talk to your doctor and discuss of a c-section is recommended. This is a big decision and people on this forum don’t have the expertise to advise you.
I’m no doctor, but to be on the safe side I would have a C-section. Herpes can be deadly for babies, and no one wants it if they don’t have to have it.
