it's been like atleast 4 months, I went to the clinic for 4 days ago, to get checked if I have chlamydia. But these bumps are just off! It doesn't look like fordyce spots because theres so much of it! and it looks like little zits on both of my labia. I know it's not herpes because I dont have any pain when peeing and theres no itchiness. But I am scared that I might have chlamydia because I have slept with a few people without protection. My discharge is milky but not thick. Please help me figure what this is. I know i have VP but idk what the white little pimples are!!

These are simply sebaceous (grease) glands. Nothing to worry about. They become very obvious when you stretch the skin (as you have in the photos), but are less pronounced when the skin is lax.

I obviously can’t say for sure, but I am almost positive those are fordyce spots. Very common, pretty much everyone has them. And from what I’ve read, you can develop more as you age
