Please help me with diagnosing this

I’ve been dealing with this problem for a few weeks now, could it be balanitis or just friction burns from too much masterbation? I am uncircumsized and have access to both clotrizamole and steroid cream if it is balanitis and lotion if it is friction related. Thank you!

is it painful, itchy, does it burn to pee?

It causes me no discomfort at all

well i can not see much wrong from the photos, except a tight frenulum?
it could be from friction, are you dry masturbating?
are you using soap to wash your penis with?

same issue i have similar discoloration but more for me from 1 year i visited many dermatologists but no one give me propper diagnose please update the post if u visited doctor og got solution
