I'm a 21 about to be a 22 year old American female. My periods are pretty regular, but the last couple of months, while not on my period I've been in some serious pain. My lower back has been hurting really bad, and the color of my urine looks like coffee at times. And my lady parts feel like they are about to fall out but I'm not on my period, or almost time for it. I'm getting really worried and I don't know what to do. Help me please.
First of all, have you been to a doctor for urinalysis to rule out infection? Urine the color of coffee is not normal in the least! If you have back flank pain, you could have something wrong with your kidneys. Please go see a doctor who can start with urinalysis and lab work and go from there.
Hi hun, sounds like a UTI, (urinary tract infection).
I am male and had a load of uti's due to my illness.
They hurt like a bitch in your "parts", lol.
Avoid coffee and coke etc, drink around 3 litres of water per day, this will rehydrate you and flush out the infection.

Thanks guys. I went to the hospital, and found that I have kidney stones lodged in my urethra tract. I've been really sick and in some severe pain. Planning on getting them removed today 💕
