At first I thought it was a pimple because it had the head and everything but then I left it alone and a week later it still had this scar looking thing. I'm scared please help.
Could it be an infected hair follicle? You seem to have a few others, but only a little pink and much smaller. See if there are hairs growing out of the bigger one.
I agree it looks like an infected hair follicle. Even if it was herpes, the outbreak will be around the vaginal or anal area.. i have not seen any around the pubic region so i think your ok. If youre still conscerned you can always visit a doctor.
