I have been itchy in the genital area for over 2 months. Doctors can not figure out what is wrong with me. Today these red bumps appeared. What can they be?

Hi, looks like Folliculitis, yiu van treat it with hot compress amd lotion to sooth the itch. Looks like you hair quiet thick and coarse which may be the reason you have gotten the infection. Could be associated with heat,tight clothes and chaffing.
it looks like razor burn. since i do not see any pus filled or bleeding abrasions, i do not think it is something serious.
