Please help!! Unsure what these separated bumps are on glans

Hello, I recently noticed that when my penis is somewhat erect and I masturbate, these dots appear on my penis head and dots scatter on the line between the top of my head, and where PPP is usually located. I think its from masturbation, but I've uploaded 3 pictures that were taken roughly ten minutes after masturbating and then 3 more about an hour after. I am sexually active, but I had a blood and urine test done very recently and they said it came out negative. I was wondering what the two dots were on my penis head as well? There is no discomfort, or any other irregularities elsewhere. And they aren't very visible when my penis is flaccid, there's nothing else abnormal.

So, to start with an explanation of the dots, and what the majority of males have present on the head of the penis:
.
" Fordyce spots are a variant of sebaceous glands (the glands that normally produce sebum and are usually found within hair follicles). Fordyce spots are visible sebaceous glands without hair follicles. They are present in 80–95% of adults. They are probably present at birth but become bigger and more visible from about puberty onwards. They may occur as a solitary lesion or more frequently in crops of about 50–100. They are easier to see when the skin is stretched.
Sometimes Fordyce spots cause anxiety but they are completely harmless whether on the lips or on the genitals. They are not a sexually transmitted disease and they are not infectious. "
.
So the dots you see are naturally present, only we usually do not notice them - like most men, they become irritated during masturbation or sex and become very noticeable. I am now going to post some information I recently posted to another male, but slightly change it to what I see in your pictures:
.
What you generally have is dry, slightly irritated penile skin. The biggest source of this problem generally is detergent based soaps and all forms of body wash such as shower gel. The other issue that males don’t fully attend to is that when they have washed some moisture remains present and this too can become part of a variety of sources of irritation for the penile skin.

I would suggest you try to exclude anything that is chemical based from getting onto your penile skin and making sure the skin is completely dry when you wash or after a shower. I would also suggest you get some Pure liquid coconut oil or Raw SHEA butter and apply a thin coat of either 2 or 3 times a week after you have dried yourself after taking a shower.

thank you!
