Please help- Vestibular Papillomatosis or Genital Warts?

On 11-23-22 I had protected sex with a new partner but unfortunately the condom got stuck in me and came out after 24 . I immediately experienced uti and got antibiotics for it. About 6 weeks later I'm experiencing itchiness, redness, dryness, watery discharge, burning sensation, no odor really, and these bumps growing. I finished the 3-day monistat cream yesterday which I feel better but not fully relieved yet. I have a gyno appt on 1-23-23 for a full std screening. Anyone experienced this before? VP or GW?

UPDATE: 1-23-23 Gyno appointment. Doctor said everything looks normal exterior and interior. She did see nabothian cysts on my cervix and mucous related to ovulation. I have been using boric acid for 6 days and she said that might interfere with the std results because you shouldn’t take it (3) days before getting tested when doing the swab for Syphilis, Chlamydia, etc. Right now I’m at the lab getting the blood work portion done for HIV, Herpes, and Hepatitis and should have results in 3-5 days. Will post update once I get those results.

Also, I felt instant relief after shaving everything off yesterday which I thought was odd.

I never felt burning while peeing this entire time (thought that insight would be helpful to know).

1st tests: urine came back normal, culture is negative for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.

UPDATE; 1-29-23 I got my final blood test results- negative on everything including herpes!! :folded_hands:
