hello i am a 19 year old female who is freaking out slightly. i have herpes simplex one and sometimes get cold sores but i am always careful not to spread it anywhere or to another person. well about monday this week i found two oval shaped bumps on one lip of my vagina. i freaked and they popped. they didnt itch or burn or anything and i only found them because i was washing myself. well after they popped i cleaned them with hydrogen peroxide and neosporin they didnt crust over and they didnt itch or burn when i urinated. fast forward to today. i hadnt been able to shower for two days because ive been on the go. i dont smell or anything so i really didnt too. i go to wash myself down there and more bumps have appeared. the again popped and bled leaving just an open sore and like dead skin. im concerned i may have given myself genital herpes. this is what it looks like. i plan to go get tested but i just wanted some opinions.
theres also like another huge lump underneath the scar.
