my bellend is always sore if i rub it hurts, this means i have foreskin down all the time unless it hurts rubbing against my pants. my foreskin is too tight ik but is there anything else you see that is wrong? also have bad odor constantly even after wash.
In terms of the odour, getting penile hygiene just right to prevent this can be quite tricky: you need to remove ALL traces of urine and other leakages from the penis to stop bacteria from forming. Can I just check, when you say " i have foreskin down all the time " do you mean the head of your penis is completely covered by your penis all the time … ?
The skin at the top of the shaft of your penis looks rather unusual: have you ever had any level of circumcision, or, has the skin of your upper-shaft / your Foreskin ever experienced any trauma at any time … ?
