i have had this itching for quite a while. it comes and goes but when its itchy ifs really itchy and i cant stop scratching until it bleeds. it will then hurt to use the toilet or wear underwear.
doesn’t really look like herpes to me, if youre worried maybe go get it swabbed.
your picture is hard to read but from your description i would suggest going to get tested the next time this occurs and do it before you itch it. you need a culture taken to give you a answer.
