Pointless Panic

Does anybody else get worked up over the silliest things? Just now as I was trying to sleep, I kind of subconsciously moved and noticed that my movements were very slow, like they were trying to go through molasses. I had a massive panic attack and it was only after I calmed down a bit that I realized, of course my movements were sluggish-I was half asleep. Just wondering if anyone else freaks out over simple things like I do.

This happens to me literally every single day and then I have a panic attack about it aswell even though I know it’s my anxiety I still worry about it 

Just like two weeks ago, I went to sleep woke up throwing kicks at my back pack, because I thought there was a rat on me ! It happens, and I was half a sleep.
