Possible tonsil cancer? Scared please help!

Hi I have had some problems with my throat and tonsil going on for 3 weeks already. It all started 3 weeks ago with really bad sore throat, fever, night sweats, and excessive coughing. GP prescribed me some strong antibiotics and after taking them all my symptoms resolved but eventually some of them came back just 2 days after finishing antibiotics. Excessive cough and sore throat. I managed to get sore throat under control and it is fine right now but sometimes it gets little bit worse and then good again. It is like it comes and goes. The cough is terrible and medications do not help at all. But what concerns me the most is that 1 of my tonsils is visibly larger than the other. Dr. Google showed that in 99% if you have 1 enlarged tonsil without pain it is cancer. And I currently have just very mild throat pain (but maybe it is just suppressed by medications) and I cough really bad. I got checked out by ENT specialist and my throat looks clean but the tonsil is not normal and there is definitely something going on. In his opinion it can be just some bacterial or viral infection because strep throat and possible tonsillitis was ruled out and prescribed me another antibiotics. Is this possible early tonsil cancer? I do not smoke but i am exposed to secondhand smoke almost every weekend since most of my friends smoke. I drink alcohol just at parties like 2 times a month. Btw I am a 19 year old male. My questions are what else can cause these problems? Is there something less serious than cancer? What is the likelihood of a teenager to get tonsil cancer? Thanks in advance.
