Premature gray hair (21 years old)

Hello, does anyone have solution for premature gray hair due to hypothyroidism. I don’t know other reason for it, because isn’t due genetics, also stress or nutrients deficient, because I take supplement like zinc, biotin, selenium, B12. I am 21 years old, first gray noticed September 2021, from January this year, the situation was getting worst, every next month I notice more gray hair, on my head, beard, legs, arms. Also I notice a lot of red/orange hair or halfpigmented. This make me very depressed, I am obsessed with this problem. I have no solution to deal with it. Please help me if someone have same experience
