I have BPH and on alpha blockers. Over the last month I have had pain that feels like trapped wind and is located lower abdom and top of pubic area. I just wondered is this normal? I have no problem voiding. Would welcome any comment.

Try simethicone anti-gas tablets.
You have trapped gas, perhaps due to diet and possibly constipation.

I don’t get this pain in the daytime its mostly at night when I wake for a leak and its a crushing pain. It eases once I void. Must be gas , its been going on for 5 weeks now.
