Hello.
My sister went through something similar.
She would have periods that lasted almost a whole month. She would bleed for weeks then it would stop for a week or so then start up again.
She would bleed very heavy too, sometimes with clots.
She would have to wear two super tampons at the same time plus a heavy duty sanitary napkin.
The doctor told her it was the menopause.
Our mother freaked out once and wanted to take my sister to the hospital because she thought my sister was hemmoraging.
My sister also had fibroids after the birth of her son.
See your doctor for peace of mind.
I hope you feel better soon.
What your experiancing with the constant flow is similar to what i experianced over 25 years ago, i had a baby and didnt stop from his birth for over 2 half years, they gave me a medication which was supposed to stop the flow, i just had brownish loss instead and the pain was horrendous, which is no joke when youve 3 children under5. I also had a couple of borderline smear tests ao at 25yrs old we decided along with my doctor to have a hysterectomy leaving the ovaries so not to go through immediate menopause. I was so relieved and once it was done ive never looked back, i know this may not be the way to go for you its not for everyone. But i finally had my life back.
