My ear us throbbing like there are tubes throbbing when I put my hands on it it vibrates and feels like a heartbeat I got vertigo and when I fell asleep it woke me up pulsating then it busted and I felt fluid dripping my whole head feels wet and my legs are trembling I'm getting nervous has anyone had this happen

Sounds like severe anxiety and panic to me.

Maybe so I was a little upset before it happened but I due have irritated ears

Thank you I went to the doctor they said I have chronic sinusitis
