I have a question regarding transmission. I was intimate with someone who has HSV (he has never had an outbreak on his genitals or mouth) he said his test came back positive. He got tested after one of his sexual partners said she had an outbreak. We did not have any penetrative sex. He did go down south on me and fingered me. He is a very good guy and cautious when it came to HSV so he didn’t touch himself and then touch me with the same hand. I did go down south on him without barrier protection until he finished in my mouth. I was intoxicated and can’t remember if I touch his penis and then touch my vagina to possibly cause transmission that way. This was April 30th 2021. I have not gotten any test done yet as it is too soon. Now I have some lower abdominal pain and occasional pain on my pubic bone which seems to go down the front of my thigh. I am itchy as well but no soars have appeared. I think it could be psychosomatic but none the less still freaked out. Here are my questions;
- with the scenario stated above how likely do you think transmission is from him to me both vaginally and orally?
