A week ago I had a one day surgery on my spine where they cauterize the nerves causing pain.
It is called lumbar nerve ablation. I live in Spain and my question is can I sunbathe now ?
I know I am able to walk and swim but is it safe to sunbathe? I will keep my back covered and only sunbathe on the front part of my body
I do not want to cause any damage as the operation was expensive so I really need it to be a success
