You have what is often referred to as a sweat rash. I hope this link will help you.

You could try washing the area and applying a cream called Clotrimazole HC - a brand name you might recognise, is Canesten HC - The HC part is short for hydrocortisone. It is a mixture of a steroid cream [cortisone] and an anti fungal cream.

Have you spoken to your local pharmacist? Tell him you have a sweat rash in your groin and ask his advice.

Totally agree with MrsMop. Use a cream with clotrimazole to kill the fungus.You should be able to buy this in any pharmacy. You can also try washing the area in a dandruff shampoo that contains selenium sulphide.
Its very common. Wash your underwear in water at least 60 deg to kill any fungal spores and only wear cotton pants.
