So i havnt felt right for about 9 months it started with stomach and anal issues and then i started having onternal tremors and vibrations constantly.doctors keot saying it was stress and anxiety.im still havin the tremors but they are not as noticable as they once were, now i am havin visual issues in both eyes i am seeing thousands of pin prick type dots movin in my vision (not floaters) its like lookin under a microscope and seeing cells moving!!!i am also seeing what looks like rain but it isnt as im indoors.i have seen a cornea specialist abd a retina specialist and an eye doctor at the emergency clinic none of them can find anything wrong and are bemused by what im seeing!!which worrys me it must be coming from my brain?i am also having warm feelings in my head and every now and then feels like somethings stuck in my throat.i am starting to really panic especially about these visual issues as the eye doctors dont know what it is and i cant really find anything online about it.opinions would be great
I have had anxiety all my life and have had the tiny pin prick dots in my vision many times over the years. I have also had floaters and still do sometimes. I. Am now in my fifties and I am doing well.
. They have never caused me any problems and I know mine are from stress and anxiety. Doctors can’t really explain why we get this but I never had them before I started getting severely anxious. But just so you know, they don’t hurt you. Never had what looks like rain but if you’ve been checked out By a retinal specialist it’s definitely most likely due to your anxiety.
your other symptoms of internal tremors and vibrations, warm feelings in your head, something stuck in your throat feeling are very common with anxiety. I have also had those. Even to this day when I’m anxious I get internal vibrations but I basically ignore it and it goes away. The more you think about this the more symptoms you will have. If they can’t find anything wrong then try to have an attitude of “this is OK. I am fine. This will pass.“
Do things that relax your mind . The worst thing you can do is sit around and think about this and get more anxious because then your brain will send out more adrenaline which will create more symptoms .
now I barely noticed the pinpricks and floaters becomes the brain learns to tune them out after a while. I’m not saying you’re going to have these forever just want you to know that stress and anxiety can cause them they never hurt me.
I have learned over the years that we must learn to manage the stress and anxiety because only then will the symptoms diminish or go away. Unmanaged anxiety is the problem, not the symptoms. The symptoms are the body’s way of telling you that there’s too much stress. Every day I listen to audio meditations on YouTube for anxiety, stress, sleep, etc. they completely relax my mind, body and any symptoms I may be having.
Do things that relax your mind even if it’s just going for a walk.
Long slow belly breathing really helps relax your mind and symptoms. There’s also an audio for that on YouTube. Check it out!
I learned to not take life so seriously because that really increased my anxiety, remember to laugh and smile and enjoy the simple things in life.
Take one day at a time. You may have some great days and some not so great days but never give up.
exercise is great because it releases endorphins in the brain which make you feel good. We need a healthy immune system to fight stress and exercise is the number one way to do that!
of course everybody should have a visit with their family doctor.
once you have a check up with your family doctor and everything is OK, you will have more peace of mind about this. Try to think of things in your life that are creating stress and anxiety like school, work, family, relationships. Speaking with a counselor can really help you . I do hope you feel better soon!
Thanks for your response i really appreciate it
