hi all been suffering health anxiety for 8 months cannot tolerate antidepressants so on 40mg propranolol and diazapam 2mg when needed have not took many diazapam just wanted to ask anyone do they have constant woozy head feelings some days worse than others was ok y'day but today feel weak heavyheaded my blood pressure reads ok as got home bp moniter was 106/70 this morn and just took it this afternoon and was117/76 so thats ok i think i just feel lightheaded and it's scareing me a bit i'm 54 and 5yrs post meno my anxiety is ok today so i just wondering why my head is like this keep thinking i have brain tumour/cancer
hello…I suffer from health anxiety..im actually in the er as im typing this sometimes with health anxiety we are tricking our brains to think something is wrong but its not which is why im probably in the er now. Try to relax and do things you like. Hope you feel better soon

Perhaps it’s side effects of your meds. I tried propranolol on two occasions and failed. They made me feel horrible, spaced out, lightheaded, muzzy headed etc. I only took half a tablet the second time and I felt the same way.

suffering anxiety for over a year now i found propananol really good was on up to 6 a day i refused anti depressants and diazapan …however on six my blood pressure would drop so i syarted to reduce so now only take it if i feel anxious but i also trialling CBD oil .so far so good.as well as ensuring i take time out my day for me ten mins nice stretch in the morning a dog walk in afternoon and reading…i also saw a therapist who helped after four sessions to manage my stress…all together helped me lots…keep try things to see what works for you…good luck…
