Hi there, after having sleeping "issues" for the last 10 years and after living with now hopefully controlled anxiety and OCD I have started (for the 2nd time) the sleep restriction programme - through the NHS but really doing it on my own as I am waiting for a referral. All sounds very sad BUT I am feeling really positive about it. Has any one else recently started the process? Apparently according to the experts it gets harder before better but I'm looking to chat to anyone in a similar situation to maybe help us get through it!!
I am on Sleep Restriction for about 5 months, but last 2 months I did not follow my schedule strictly. Now, I am also willing to start again. If interested we could support each other.
Hi that would be great. This is the 2nd time I've attempted it, I'm only day 3 in and I know it will get worse before better!! Just someone that knows what it is like would be fab!!
