I experience frequent broken blood vessels in my eyes ( monthly). . I have a healthy diet, exercise and am in good health. My blood pressure is normal. I am frustrated why this keeps happening.
Do you exercise really vigorously? That could be a contributory factor.
Has this been going on for a while?
I recommend that you see your doctor, especially if you are in an older age group.
