So ive noticed for about 4 months now my eyes are CONSTANTLY bloodshot and red. Veins visible. I have tried everything. Doctor thought dry eyes so recommended warm cloth compress, tear evaporating eye drops, less screen time, cleaning the lash glands, more omega-3 and NOTHING. I'm 21 and my eyes were fine before. Can someone help
