Hi, I have a rash on my penis (see images) for over two years now, since I got circumcised. If I use a steroid cream for a few days to a week it clears up, but it comes back after a 1-2 weeks and it has been driving me crazy. A doctor once told me it might be fungus but I have also tried antifungal creams without any effect. Any help to identify what it is and how to get rid of it would be appreciated. Thanks. Yes I have. A dermatologist suggested I might have a fungus, but his treatment didn’t work.

It might be best for dermatologist to use oral antifungal from the -azole group vs topicals.

It is quite unusual looking. I would agree with Bradley an oral antifungal might be worth a try. after that maybe a biopsy and see if that gives you any answers.
