Red dots all over legs and some on arms

Hi all, I am having an issue where little red dots are all over my legs mainly. Recently have appeared a bit on my arms. They are under the skin and look like little blood dots. They do not hurt and they do not itch. I just don't know what they are any ideas or suggestions?
