A few months ago I had unprotected sex for the first time and hours later I noticed I had red spots all over my penis tip. It was itchy, uncomfortable, and burned when I urinated, so the day after I had it checked out. I did an STI test, came back negative. The doc said it was thrush and prescribed me an anti-fungal cream that I used twice a day in the morning and night, for 7 days or until the redness was gone. It cleared up in those 7 days, however it flared up again a few weeks later, this time with a creamy coloured discharge. I had it checked again and did more STI tests, however negative again. It eventually went away on its own the second time and was not sexually active for almost a month.
I am now sexually active again and the redness has returned, no itchiness, burning while urination, discomfort, or discharge, just the redness. I'm not sure if it is something Balanitis, as the symptoms are most similar to that, or if it is a mild case of some sort of STI. My anxiety is through the roof and I'm not sure what to do!
redness on its own might be something harmless .. but the discharge things kinda could be serious.. get tested for Gonohhrea again using PCR method for more accurate results.
