I have recently found some red dots on the head of my penis and an unsure what it is, I've had them for about 4 days now, they initially started to clear, I thought initially that it could have been a rash caused by the dampness under my foreskin but have been drying my head after urinating, it seems to re-appear after having a shower. I have had sex recently but it was protected. Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
