Red dots on penis tip, swollen urethral opening??

Hi guys, the past two months these red painless dots have been showing up randomly. They’ll be gone for about two or three days and then appear again. I have had unprotected sex with two girls about 11 weeks ago with one and 7 weeks ago with the other. I’m really scared, don’t know if this is Balanitis or an STD. I have had pain after urination, ONLY sometimes, i havent had any pain or burning sensation after i pee for a while now. Can anyone help me??External Image
