i have had this for around 4 days. it is itchy in the crease in my thigh, and up my shaft. there are shiny lines and a part that looks puffy along with a bunch if little bumps. the skin was dry for a couple days before this started happening, but i didnt put lotion on or anything. please hemp me out. could this be from over use? my ballsack is also very red.
Was there an event that triggered the appearance? Any rough masturbation or sex? It does look irritated and concerning that it is spreading around the thigh and penis. You’ve noticed it early so see a doctor when you can. It may get worse or spread further.
