i have had this slight irritation / redness which does not itch and or burn. this has been this way for about 2 or so months. It started off as peeling skin on the underside of my shaft about 3 months ago. i do suffer from eczema else where on my body. I only was sexually active 2 months before the peeling of my penile skin started. I was still regularly masturbating without lube. I am concerned this could be a bigger issue.
