Red/pinkish-blue face with Raynaud’s?

Hi, everyone! I am new here and happy to be part of the community. I have had primary Raynaud’s my whole life, probably inherited from my father. It was worse when I was a child and pre-teen (hands and feet always purple and cold, frequent chilblain on hands, feet and ears), however they have become more mild. I would like to know if anyone else with this disorder experiences an almost constant red or pinkish-blue face in the colder months? This happens to both me and my dad (though he is slightly redder) and disappears as soon as temperatures rise in spring. Weird. Thanks!

It sort of makes sense. Most people even without Raynaud’s will get their face kind of rosy-red in either very cold or very hot weather. For me, my nose will usually be cold if my hands are cold.
