so my scrotum is kinda bright red and feels irritated throughout the day including my perianal area. just had a 10 panel std screening done and was negative for everything. i feel like there are some white spots that have appeared on the scrotum too, but don’t know if they are fordyce or what. help.
it mabe some kind of skin problem like fungal i suggest u go to the doctors and let them have a look
