Here’s a photo of the wrinkles I wrote about.
I have the same problem. This redness keeps coming and going ( more visible after erections / masturbation) .
I have tried antifungals, steroid creams… but no benefit.
I have limited the use of soap on penis ( twice a week with a little soap and with plain warm water the rest of days) .
Using an antibiotic ointment ( Mupirocin cream) once or twice a week reduces the redness and heals the cracks. I am not sure if it would work for you.
I have ordered shea butter as I have heard it is great for the glans.
My story apart, I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist ( try online consultation via text and pics if you r too shy to meet one in person).
Apply some moisturiser like coconut oil or any water-based lube before masturbating.
If you haven’t tried any creams, start with antifungals… if no benefit shift to topical steroids ( don’t use steroids beyond 7 days if you r using without consultation) , if no benefit try antibiotic creams like mupirocin.
If none of the above works, try moisturisers like E45 cream, coconut oil, shea butter etc.
If nothing works, stop using everything and see a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Sorry for the long message.
Thank you for your suggestions! I already tried Canesten cream, but it didn’t work, and also another antifungal cream which was a mixture of a few different creams. It worked for a while, but I’m not sure if it was because of the cream or something else. I already got the suggestion to not use soap or any kind of shower gel, so first I will try that, and will see what happens. I didn’t know that it’s not advised to use these around this area… I will write an update if I see any changes. And again, thank you for your support!
Charley, what age are you now? Do you have any skin problems anywhere else on your body?
What you have is distressed penile skin, the more things that come into contact with this already distressed skin the more likely it is that you will cause even more distress.
The ONLY thing to do when this situation exits is to take your skin back to its natural state. This means applying absolutely NOTHING to your penile skin, NO creams, lotions, soaps, shower gels or other body wash or any other form of body wash.
When you shower you need to be careful and vigilant:

I wrote this to you in a privet message, but you told me to write it here, so here it is… First of all thank you for your guidance! From now on I only clean it with warm water twice a day, in the morning and in the late afternoon. Unfortunately I work 10 to 12 hours a day, so I have limited options. Also I have to work in trousers in a office without air-conditioning, so sweating is a problem too. But at least I can wipe the area carefully with a clean paper towel every once in a while and I have a shower as soon I get home. (of course only clean warm water to this area)
Unfortunately yes, I have some kind of a skin condition on my hands and on the back of my thighs, and also on my left leg near my ankle. I already showed these to the local dermatologist, she prescribed some creams for it, and she said it’s some kind of a skin fungus. She examined me so fast I think she was just guessing what is the problem. I didn’t tell her about my penis, because I’m extremely embarrassed of it. There were 3 people in the room when i was there and the doctor was very distant. She only looked a little bit at my hands and thighs and that’s all.
I used up all the cream but these red peeling spots didn’t disappear on my hand or from anywhere. I used some of the cream on my penis too, but it didn’t get any better or worse. Also have a problem with my nails. She said it’s fungus again and gave me a leaflet. I told her I already used 2 different brands to treat it but the didn’t work.
I was planning to go back to the doctor or to an other, but this pandemic came and now I’m here.
I know I’m full with problems and I’m so embarrassed because of it, but I try to work on it. For now I will do what you advised, and in the meantime I will try to go to the doctor with the other problems to find a solution.
Obviously I know nothing about the heath care services that are available in your country, and how people access them.
What you need is a Dermatologist that will address all of your skin issues in a dignified and professional manner. I would suggest it is this service provision that you either need to investigate where it is, or given the current virus situation, how you would get an appointment
When you make an appointment you need to specify the areas of the body where the skin is causing you concern, and this includes the skin on your genitals.
As I have already detailed, I have given you a base from which to work from to get your penile skin as healthy as possible - that amount to which it can become healthy again is dependant on the general skin issues you have across your body and the consequent limitations this will place on your genital skin
Good Luck!
