Hey everyone, I've posted here before about like 2 or 3 weeks ago regarding the red small dots on my penis head. I got told it was balantis, which I think it is. I ended up just cleaning with water every shower etc, they went away. Then the dots came back up again, like I know my partner is clean and it's not genital herpes as they aren't all bunched up together and I don't get discharge or any type of soreness when touching them. The spots decided to come back slightly after more intercourse with my partner. I might end up going to the doctor, just thought I will update you guys and hear your opinions on what I should do? Thanks (the dots on my foreskin are from me shaving and using a body lotion, and I think it just caused some irritation)
It could be dermatitis or psoriasis, maybe a yeast infection. Women are notorious for transfering/getting yeast infections. Make sure she's cleaning very well or you'll keep getting it. Don't use soap on your penis- I don't know how many people don know this. It causes infections and removes good bacteria that prevent infections like this. It's not genital herpes so don't worry about that.

Also, I can't quite see the picture but it looks like you have pearly penile papules, it's a very normal skin variant. In fact, I have them too! It's supposedly an evolutionary advancement that increases sensation, but I don't seem to notice it at all( I only have it on one side)
I notice there's some dryness also on the palm of your hand. Do you have eczema on both maybe?
