It doesn’t look like any std. It may just be a friction burn
It doesn’t look like hsv that often starts as vesicles, incubations is few days after exposure. It also doesn’t look like syphilis. Syphilis always starts as a erythematous papule that evolve into painless ulcer. One day is too short for syphilitic chancre to start. From experience , incubation is from 1 week to 3 weeks.
PS : having a genital ulcer or other genital conditions don’t always mean std, many conditions may cause the same kind of genital ulcer or genital conditions as syphilis and hsv. So if it doesn’t improve in a few days or if your symptoms worsen, you should see a medical professional that’s specialized in penile skin.
