has anyone here tried sudocrem?

Water is the ONLY thing you ever apply to the sensitive head / glans of the penis. When you squeeze the penis you will see bumps as they are naturally present, you cannot ‘cure’ something that is there anyway. Most of us do not notice the bumps, it is when they become irritated that they become obvious. So they will be there whether you get circumcised or not - only with circumcision, this will add issues that you currently do not have, such as the loss of natural lubricant to the skin on the head of your penis which will eventually cause chronic dryness.
If you actually have an infection it is best to get that sorted, and if you treat the skin of your penis correctly the red spots will eventually fade, but this will take months of ensuring nothing is applied to it and you purely use water to wash, then use a clean towel to completely dry the skin of the head and foreskin of your penis.
If you have a candida based infection are you currently sexually active? Were you having penetrative vaginal sex without condoms immediately prior to these red spots showing up … ?

hello, yes i had sex with a girl without condom, and after a week these spots started to show up…i told her,she had some tests and turned out she had candida.i currently started using sudocrem…idk the doctors only want to circumcise me.the red spots are under my glans too..under the skin.and some of them on outside the skin of glans.i have tried alot of topical treatments…i have tried water only for some time but sometimes the spots and the foreskins burns.idk what to do anymore i just want the spots to go away

this is how they look when i get an erection!!

i am currently considering on getting circumcised

Looks very similar to what I’ve had for more than a year now. Are you experiencing any other symptoms? Any burning, stinging while urinating or ejaculating?

yes sometimes when i ejaculate i have a burning sensation…i read somewhere here i cant find the post anymore that a man with similar symptoms found out that he had some coccus bacteria i dont remember which one,but his dermatologist prescribet him mupirocin 2% …so i am going to try it too before i get circumcised.

Circumcision in not the answer. What you need to do is to return the skin on the head and foreskin of your penis to its natural state.
What you need to ask yourself is why Doctors want to circumcise you - the main question being, for whose benefit would that be? From a financial perspective it is the medical, and in particular, surgeons who perform circumcision that are the beneficiaries, not you, and certainly not for the skin on the head of your penis
You say you have tried a lot of topical treatments - what your penile skin requires is to be rid of the impact of these treatments, that means excluding everything from contacting the head and inner-foreskin of your penis. Change, and a return to a natural state can take months - you need to be vigilant and exclude any chemical from your penile skin for 3, 4 or 5 moths or more before you begin to see any real change …
You certainly have the rest of your life to regret getting circumcised …

i know right, circumcision should be the very last resort.i currently started applying 100% natural coconut oil,it keeps my penis head soft…is it okay to use it?

but i dont think doctors say i need to get circumcised because of financial perspective because my country has free healthcare and circumcision surgery is free.however i should try not to use any topical creams anymore because i think i was using Isoconazole when i noticed that the red spots started to come more obvious and multiplying

What is not commonly recognised is that things like coconut oil and SHEA butter have natural skin healing properties - as long as you do not over-apply anything like this they are good for the skin.

The basic Sociological perspectives on ANY healthcare system is that it only exist if there are sufficient customers, irrespective of where the payment is derived from.
Empty hospitals are ‘not good for business’ - surgeons need to perform operations, drug companies need to sustain income, equipment manufacturers need to stay in business. One thing feeds on another, highly paid medical professionals need to earn a salary, this can only exist with customers …
Your penis skin will only recover when it is returned to its natural state - if you think of it this way: the majority of us when we are born have pretty much perfect skin - it is only what the skin experiences from birth onwards that makes it look unhealthy or not the way it used to look.
Sexual contact and things like fungal / yeast infections do not help the skin, but for the vast majority of males the biggest problem is our detergent based body cleansers such as soap and shower gel - get rid of all this stuff, stop applying other unhelpful chemicals and eventually after months the skin will recover. This takes months of persistence with ‘the good stuff’, 5 to 7 months is certainly not an unusual recovery period, or possibly longer …

I have the same thing and I am circumcised. I wouldn’t expect that to help.

can you send me a picture?

and do you know what these are?

should i try shea butter too? or stick with coconut oil? i apply coconut oil once a day, every night

It really does look identical so there’s no need for me to send a picture. I’m still trying to figure it out. I’ve been tested for every STD and it’s all negative. I’m quite certain it’s also not dermatitis or prostatitus because I’ve done treatments for both of those. The internet says it could be HPV and although it COULD, no doctor (I’ve seen many) has said that to me so I’m not going to go down that road based on amateur internet theories.

My best guess is that it’s some sort of fungus/yeast infection that’s hard to kill because there are so many stains of them. I think Wee_Dugie is probably right and it will just take a looooong time to sort out and return to a normal appearance. However, because I still feel some dull pain sometimes, I think the fungus is still alive and I need to find the solution to get rid of it. I am also aware that creams could be making the appearance worse so I’m holding back on those for now.

I’ll see a infectious disease doctor next week to see if they can help at all. (I’ve already been to 3 urologists, 2 dermatologists, 1 GP and 2 STD clinics).

Currently, I’m on coconut oil only and it does seem to be helping. Really the best thing for me seems to be to do my best to not think about it and that’s really hard to do.

Keep us updated on your situation. I think there are a lot of people that could benefit.

its not hpv

same man,i have been to different doctors, andrologist, urologist, infectionist, dermatologist tried them all.the infectionist said its balanitis and the andrologist with the urologist said its candida on the glans and told me to get circumcised but i did not want to…i am trying coconut oil too which seems to be helping me,i will stay like this for some time then i will try and go to a dermatologist in a private clinic,to take some tests and maybe a biopsy if he sees it necessary..if i have something new i will update you…but please you too if you find something.
