Yesterday I had unprotected sex with a girl for the first time in my life. A couple of hours afterwards I noticed that my testicles were a bit redder than usual. Now the day after they are still a bit red and kind of itch, they don't itch constantly but every now and then. Apart from that nothing else is abnormal. Any ideas on what it could be?
Is this the first time you have ever had sex? Or jut first time U have had sex with out protection?
Is it itching or tingling ?
Do t think it sounds like STI more of an urge to probably go again or mind over matter maybe sorry I'm not much help

It's possible that you are paying more attention to your junk (with visual inspections) now then before. I doubt it is anything since it is you don't describe individual sores but a general reddness.
Just keep an eye on them, use some powder, keep yourself clean, and clean underwear. Let 'em air out! If you see sores or feel any pain, then get a blood test. There are some clinics where you can get tested for free almost everywhere these days.

It is also kind of a tingling sensation as well
Yes if it's the first time them maybe ur looking for sensations and things I wouldn't worry unless you start noticing a smell, burning, frequent peeing , itchiness that's uncontrolable or any weeping spots or blister , warts Ect so any spot, also you may have had ️an allergic reaction to the condom sounds like it may have irritated you or if you have shaved this causes the same itch then your red from scratching if your unsure and not afraid to be checked out there's no harm in a visit

What I was thinking of it was your first time and you was excited your testicals may be producing more sperm so you can get excited and go again, if this makes sence this may be the tingling feeling, I know when I get worked up I can get a similar feeling in my lady parts so im thinking why wouldnt a boy/man
