There is a reddish are on the tip my penis. I think it had been there for a lot of years. I did not care much about it in the past years however these days I started to wonder is this normal or some kind of problem. There is no other symptom such as itching, pain or bleeding in the are. It feels the same as the other parts of the penis. There is nothing wrong with my penile functions. Is this something normal or can it be a disease?
If it's been like that for years, and isn't changing, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Personally, I wouldn't make a special trip to see a doctor, but I'd mention it next time I was there for anything else. If you do see a doctor though, please let us know what they say.
It looks to me like a variation of your individual pigmentation, not necessarily any sign of disease.
