ive found these spots on my pubic area, im not sure when they came, but i assume after shaving. i dont know what i should do to get rid of them or what they are?

this started happening to me around 2 years ago, i have always clean shaved my pubic area since being a teenager, then one day started getting the red irritation bumps and its happened ever since for the last 2 years, i dont shave now at all so frustrating.
