Reddish vein or what?

is it normal to have such a reddish vein or whatever it might be in this area.. What is it?. It has appeared half a year or so. It sometimes more towards red, after workouts especially. Sometimes look like a reddish patch. I'm stressed out and don't know whether it's normal. The color stands out. It may be some kind of capillary. I thought it would go away but it doesn't. Does it spoil the look? I'm dating with a girl and afraid to be turned down because of this red little vein. Please, help!

it doesn’t look bad.

Looks a very minor skin irritation.

Don’t use soap there and keep it dry.

Wear 100% cotton under wear.

If it doesn’t improve try clotrimazole 1% ointment for a week.

Thanks for the reply! It’s been half a year since I noticed it. I tried an analog of clotrimazole, but all for nothing. And its under the skin. Doesn’t have discomfort of any kind except for esthetic. is there any chance of dissapearing it?

Although it doesn’t look abnormal and can be a minor skin discoloration.

I would get that evaluated by a dermatologist for the peace of mind.
