I have previously used a pessary to treat a suspected yeast infection (burning,itching and discharge) and that has all cleared except for some redness and irritation. i have now noticed what looks like small lumps and spots around the opening which are irritated and i have been worried about them. also to not i have a weird shaped hymen now? not sure it those are skin tags or not. It has been really hard to get appointments during lock down here so im still waiting to see a doctor. Would anyone have any idea? yeast infection related or something else?
also please note I am not and have never been sexually active so we can probably rule out STD sorry if these images arent clear enough

also is it normal to have a freckle on your labia? this is the first time ive noticed
