had unprotected sex about 9-10 months ago, day after had a red spot on the head of my penis shown in the picture. next day a bunch of little red spots showed up on the glans of my penis shown in the week 1 picture. went to the doctor and told me it was nothing. got tested for std that week and also 4 months after and both came back negative. 10 months later there is no real distinct spots but now the head of my penis is just red and same with my glans shown in the last picture. there is also a dark red streak also shown in the last picture. there is no itching or pain. i have tried using antifungal creams, steriod creams, and elidel which is a cream for eczema and psoriasis and nothing has worked. im getting desperate.
dermatologist said it was psoriasis but dont have any symptoms of psoriasis nor does it run in my family.
does anyone have any idea of what this could be?
