i am 21 years old Indian male . firstly i have doubt regarding the glans penis of mine because its colour is slightly changed from bright pink to dull little blackish(slightly) pink as seen in the pic ,is it normal or i have any issue over glans penis . i like to mention that i don't have any symptoms like itching or pain near and over glans penis And i used to masturbate lot .
second query related to the phimosis do i have it ..like phimotic ring? can it be cured without surgery and how?.or is surgery is necessary ?

You have a severe case of phimosis (skin tightening around the shaft). This will cause all sorts of problems down the line (including inflammation and glans discoloration) and unfortunately, circumcision is the only proven method for it. Don’t delay the surgery.

It looks a little dark to me but it’s probably due to your ethnicity, I wouldn’t worry about it. Just take care of that foreskin.
