HI GUYS
I am back on this great forum after 3-4 of loving life lol. I went on celexa in Nov 2021 20mg and it took me a while to feel better, i want to say 3-6 months. I then had great years with no anxiety apart from the odd few days here and there, got married 2 kids added. I decided to wean myself of April 2025 and done 6 months on 10mg & 6 months on 5mg and no real issues. I was good been off the medication. My good friend passed away 8 weeks after coming of the meds and 9 weeks after that i decided to restart, my anxiety was building and building and turned into intrusive taught and sleepless nights.
I done 3 days of 5mg and on day of 10mg in my build up. I’d like to stay on 10mg but i feel ill prob go back to 20mg what i was on before. Its been so so since starting, i seem to get these anxiety surges during the day were i got from 3/10-8/10 out of nowhere. I am also going through grief for the first time.
Has anyone been through something like this ?
Cause i was not long off do you think it will still take a few months to get back to normal as such ?
I also used to message a women called Katecogs but i cannot seem to find the feature to message her now.
