So I've been back and fourth to the docs with this one....started off last year with bloating in my right hand side under my rib and further down, with this comes foul smelling gas/stools and by foul smelling I mean like a rotting smell...literally like death. Stools are pale and seem to have white deposits in. No diarrhoea, Lots of gurgling and not painful. Seems to last for about a week at a time, haven't changed my diet and diet is fairly well balanced, average weight for my height although I have dropped nearly two waist sizes in the last year despite no changes to diet or exercise regime. From what I remember doc has tested bloods several times for infection and parasite, stool samples, urine samples and ultrasound all showed up with nothing! Only thing to note one blood test showed a high white blood cell count. Anyone have any ideas I'd be really greatful.
Mine involves pain with constipation alternating to the runs .

Seems to me you have something going on which needs further investigation. I have no idea about these things but I would press for more tests until you get to the cause.
Weight loss with no change in diet should be properly investigated. Maybe you have some sort of infection or reaction to something (allergy).
Whatever it is, it sounds horrible.
